Right of withdrawal

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person indicated by you, receives the products.

You do not need to give any reason for your decision and no penalty will be applied, except for the cases excluded by applicable consumer protection laws.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the online form below.

After entering your details, you will see a summary of your request. Your withdrawal request will only be submitted after you click the “Confirm withdrawal” button.

Once your request has been submitted, you will automatically receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request, including the content of your declaration and the date and time of submission.

Please note that submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically mean that the return has been accepted. We will review your request and verify that the legal conditions for withdrawal are met.

Returning the products

If your withdrawal request is applicable, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to return the products.

Products must be returned within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw, unless otherwise instructed by us.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and, where applicable, in their original packaging with the hygiene seal or protective seal intact.

Refunds

If the withdrawal is applicable, the refund will be processed in accordance with the legal timeframe and using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that the products have been sent back, where permitted by applicable law.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases provided by law.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, products that are sealed and are not suitable for return cannot be returned if they have been unsealed after delivery.

This may include adhesive products, body tape, nipple covers, adhesive bras, underwear accessories and other items intended to come into direct contact with the skin, when the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened, removed, damaged or tampered with after delivery.

Products that have been used, tried on, applied to the skin, washed, damaged or returned without the required hygiene protection may not be eligible for return or refund.

Each request will be reviewed based on the type of product purchased and the condition in which the product is returned.

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
