1. Packaging must be unopened and unharmed.
2. Return shipment costs will not be refunded.
3. Contact customerservice@byebra.com for the return form.
4. Fill in and send back the return form together with the product(s).
5. Refund will be made within 10 – 14 days after we have received your returned products.

In order to exchange an item, return it first, then place a new order on the website.

Yes, you can cancel an order if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Changes can be only made before finalizing your order. For more inquiries about your order please contact customerservice@byebra.com.

Yes, you can order from abroad. You can shop in the following currencies: EUR, POUNDS and DOLLARS.

Within the EU, the VAT is included in the price, however, outside EU import taxes may apply. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. BYE BRA has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. Alternatively, when you are not at home they’ll leave a calling card confirming that they’ve either left it with a neighbor, left it at a pick-up point or the nearest post office.

We will send you a tracking number if you have chosen Standard Tracked or Express Tracked. You will not receive a tracking number if you have chosen Standard Untracked.
