  • Can I return an adhesive product?

    No. For hygienic reasons, all our adhesive products cannot be returned.

  • I’m an international customer, have you received my returned items?

    We run daily inventories of what we have received and match the parcel with the sender. If we notice any errors, we will contact you. If you have questions about the products that you have returned, please contact our Customer Service team.

  • Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?

    If you return the full order we will refund the delivery fees, for more details about refunds please contact customerservice@byebra.com

  • Do I have to pay for returning the products?

    Yes, products must be sent back at your own cost. The price of the return depends on the carrier you use.

  • What should I do if my refund is incorrect?

    Please contact customerservice@byebra.com for any inquiries about payments.

  • How long will it take to receive my refund?

    Refunds will be made within 10 – 14 days after we have received your products.

     

     

  • Can I receive a refund after I have tried on the underwear, bras or breast tapes?

    For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on these types of products, and we cannot send refunds for them. Products must be returned in a saleable condition, meaning that they must be unused and in their original packaging with garment tags or seals still attached and intact. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the product, its tags or seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with.
